Noodle slitter adopts CNC lathe to cut at fixed speed to ensure the smoothness of both sides of the cutter groove.

Types of noodle slitter:

Noodle slitter is a pair of toothed rollers that rotate at the same speed and mesh with each other, and cut the dough sheet into noodles.

Divided by noodle shape:

A. Square slitter: noodles can be cut into square or rectangle, the section is rectangular shape

B. Round slitter: noodles can be cut into round or oval shapes

C. "∞" round slitter (butterfly shape): noodles can be cut into "∞" round or oval
