This production line is suitable for the elevation 2000m below and temperature 5℃ above inside the workshop. And 380v, 50hz power supply, tap water and saturated steam are demanded in the workshop.

Advanced Technology

It utilizes dual axis on the dough kneader, which has a good effect on dough.

It utilizes rationally design on elongation so that the roller gap can be adjudged conveniently.

The design of the muti-layer steamer is novel; the temperature inside the steamer is moderate and the level of noodles’ gelatinization is high.

The cut instant noodle is highly fit for the boxes, and there is no requirements to stop the machine when the weight of each clank of noodle is adjusted.

The caloric exchange rate of the fried oil is so high that there is little pollution on the oil and there are also low level of oil containing in the clank of the noodle.
