This production line is suitable for the elevation 2000m below and temperature 5℃ above inside the workshop. And 380v, 50hz power supply, tap water and saturated steam are demanded in the workshop.

All the accessories that has contacts with flour must use stainless steel or any other materials that does no harm to human beings.

Both the steamer and the fryer use thermal insulation materials to prevent heat loss.

The dough steamer, frying machine and cooling machine must release the hot and humid air to the outside, through which the temperature, humidity and pollution inside the workshop can be reduced.

This equipment is used for continuous production of fried instant noodles with high production efficiency. The fried instant noodles can be rehydrated and eaten directly. The instant noodles after rehydration are soft and chewy; if eaten directly, they will have a crispy taste and rich flavor.
