Operation requirements of noodle steaming machine:
According to the basic principles of steamed noodles and the main
factors affecting the effect of steamed noodles, the operation
should be carried out flexibly, so as to achieve "first look,
second check, third adjustment".
First look: Always observe whether the noodles after heating are
"cooked".
Second check: Check whether the gelatinization degree of steamed
noodles meets the specified requirements.
Third adjustment: adjust the steam pressure, adjust the valve of
exhaust pipe, and adjust density of the corrugation of
automatically shaped noodle cakes to meet the requirements of
steamed noodle and quantitative cutting.
